Workforce Group is currently sourcing for a Senior Manager Finance in Abuja (Temporary Role).
Location: Abuja
Role: Senior Finance Manager (Temporary)
Industry: International NGO
Duration: 3 Months (with the potential to be converted into a permanent position)
Salary: N2M (Monthly Gross)
Responsibilities:
- Act as finance team's main point of contact and leader in Africa by fielding all questions and requests for information and escalating issues when appropriate to the CFO and other colleagues
- Maintain Integrity of the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of all recorded accounting data related to the offices in Africa
- Assist the Treasury and Finance Manager with the monitoring, managing and communicating the region's cash position
- Support global payroll manager with the processing of Africa payroll payments and deductions for staff.
- Coordinate with the regional leagl counsel on the implementation of procurement and contract processing
Requirements:
- B.Sc in Accounting, Finance or a Business-Related Field
- At least 8 years of Accounting experience, preferably working with global consolidation
- Minimum of 3 years experience in management or lead capacity
- Expert level Microsoft Excel skills with proficiency in tother Microsoft products and Google suite
