Recent data from WHO and UNICEF indicate encouraging progress in the recovery of immunization services in certain countries.
Nigeria's immunization programme has done a commendable job in boosting childhood immunization and keeping the population safe from #COVID19🛡️, with 2022 WHO and UNICEF Estimates showing a clear improvement in Penta3 coverage. 🙌
However, in low-income countries, immunization coverage is still below pre-pandemic levels, putting children at risk during disease outbreaks
