All in the preparation of census 2023 in Nigeria

Today, the Chairman of National Population Commission, Hon. Nasir Isa Kwarra alongside the Federal Commissioners, Director-General and the Management Staff of the Commission received in audience a delegation from the National Civil Society Council of Nigeria (NCSCN) led by its Executive Director, Amb. Blessing Akinlosotu at the NPC’s Headquarters in Abuja.

During the meeting, the discussion focused on how the NCSCN can partner with the Commission to ensure the successful conduct of the upcoming 2023 Population and Housing Census.

As part of the preparations for the next census in Nigeria, the Commission has been engaging with different Civil Society Organizations to solicit their support in the mobilization of the populace to cooperate and present themselves to be counted in the 2023 Census.
